 Some nerds made a burner Reddit account “scrgtinyjoker83” and spammed threads with fake-ass posts like:

  • “Gangbanging started in Michigan, not Cali”
  • “ETGC means Evergreen Telegraph Gangsters Crips, not Eight Trey Gangster Crips” (who TF says “gangsters crips”?!)
  • “California copied Detroit gangs”
  • “LA Crips soft now”

They’re obviously trolling and acting sarcastic, but it’s still weak as hell.

  • W7M ETGC is from Michigan. We know where we come from, what we stand for, and the streets that raised us. Also we don’t say “gangsters crips” LMFAOO
  • We never said Crippin’ started here or that we invented it.
  • We said we use some of the same letters and numbers, but those have a completely different meaning in our world.
  • If you see someone claiming we’re rewriting history to say we started Crips or gangbanging — that’s not true. That’s just clout chasing and misinformation.
